As a touchstone of Slavic culture, a Dacha is a summer home typically self-built and passed on through the generations. The Dacha is both a place to run away from the overwhelm and chaos of city life and a place to work the land and enjoy the fruits of your labor. You'll find the therapeutic process has similar values and rewards; through the tough work of exploration, long-lasting transformation and benefits are reaped.
I strive to create a space where you can take your shoes off (so to speak) and feel safe exploring yourself, your relationships, your intimate desires, and dreams.

Sex Therapy is a specialized form of therapeutic care designed to address a diverse range of sexual and intimacy-related concerns. Sessions can include exploring a range of topics such as sexual identity, religious and cultural influences, masturbation and sex toys, physical anatomy, sexual techniques, and issues related to erectile variance and arousal difficulties, desire, and intimacy.
Such topics are not often discussed openly, so they can feel scary to broach at first. I strive to create an open, honest, and judgment-free space to help make this process easier.

Kink-specialized care means that I am comfortable discussing all forms of relationship styles, dynamics, and sexual expressions, including BDSM, fetishes, swinging, and more. This work can look like exploring newly discovered erotic desires, deepening pre-existing kink dynamics, and gaining resources to practice risk-aware consensual kink (RACK). Working with a kink-specialized therapist allows you to spend time talking about your relationships and feelings without worrying about educating me.
I am continuously learning from and with the kink community to stay current with new research and experiences.

Due to the current size of my practice, I am not equipped to provide adequate wrap-around services that larger group sites or clinics may provide. My number one priority is ensuring you receive the best quality of care possible, as such, a few limitations to my practice include:
Domestic violence or intimate partner violence
Child custody cases
Suicidal ideation or self-inflicted harm
Substance use and abuse that inhibit daily functioning
Active eating disorders requiring specialized care
Psychiatric diagnoses (mood disorders, schizophrenia, etc.)
Intensive outpatient care
Court-mandated treatment, assessments, or testimony in legal cases
You deserve to receive the best quality of care and to work with someone who has the skills, training, and structural capacity to best support you and your needs. I will do my best to provide referrals if we are unable to work together.
