Sexuality is one of the ways that we become enlightened, actually, because it leads us to self-knowledge. - Alice Walker

Sex and Kink Therapy Services

Sex and Kink Therapy

Sex Therapy is a specialized form of counseling that focuses on sexual health and intimacy. Such work can look like helping you discover and explore the role of intimacy, sex, kink, and pleasure in your life, and how these may intersect with upbringing, internalized ideas, and shame. My kink-affirming lens creates a comfortable space for you to explore any relationship styles and sexual expressions including BDSM, fetishes, kink, polyamory, and more.

Some areas I specialize in: Exploring sexual self, unpacking shame and stigma, sexual identity exploration, religious/cultural messaging, masculinity-related issues, incorporating and exploring safer kink practices, masturbation, and erectile or arousal difficulties.

Relationship and Couples Therapy Service

Relationship Therapy

Relationships go through many stages, and these changes often feel tricky to navigate. Relationship and Couples therapy can be an excellent tool for slowing down and tending to your dynamic.

Some areas I specialize in: Queer and/or polyamorous relationships, BDSM/kink relationships, differing desire levels, reigniting β€œthe spark,” exploring new relational and sexual dynamics, relationship transitions/discernment counseling, and healing from infidelity.

Relationships can look many different ways. I am open to working with whatever relationship you bring to therapy. These configurations include and are not limited to: couples, polycules/polyam systems, family systems, friends, and chosen family.

Individual Therapy Service

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can be a great place to explore, unpack, and process. Societal messaging often unintentionally colors our views of ourselves. Let's work together to help you discover and feel comfortable in your whole self.

Some areas I specialize in: LGBTQ+ affirming care, identity development, gender exploration, life transitions, anxiety and depression, grief and trauma work, working with first-generation immigrants and cultural values work, setting boundaries, self-discovery and growth.

Queer-owned practice focusing on inclusive therapy

Inclusive therapy means I am committed to providing welcoming and affirming support to individuals and couples/relationships of all identities and orientations. I strive to celebrate the unique joys and address the challenges often faced by the LGBTQ+ community and anyone with intersecting identities, including but not limited to BIPOC (the global majority), kinky, and polyamorous communities. This commitment also drives me to continuously learn and grow in order to better serve my clients.
